Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to students and parents
- Provide clear information about courses, fees, and batch timings
- Encourage students to visit for demo classes or counseling
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Maintain accurate records of calls and inquiries
- Meet daily and weekly targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Confident and polite communication style
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Telecalling/sales experience is an advantage
