We are a growing e-commerce company dedicated to offering quality products and a seamless shopping experience to our customers across the country. We are looking for a detail-oriented and fluent English-speaking Customer Care Associate to join our team and manage customer support via email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email.
- Handle order-related inquiries, return requests, product questions, and other support issues.
- Provide accurate information and resolutions in a courteous manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone in every customer interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, product, etc.) to resolve customer concerns.
- Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality support.
Requirements:
- Excellent written English communication skills (fluent).
- Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work on weekends.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
