Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food presentation, taste, and portion consistency.
- Manage daily kitchen operations and workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate ingredient procurement.
- Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff when required.
- Assist in developing new menu items and specials.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders during peak hours.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Chef / Cook,
- Experience in Indian, fast-casual, café,.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen management.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
