- Handle insurance renewal follow-ups and customer coordination
- Explain insurance policies, coverage details, and renewal benefits to customers
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy processing and claim support
- Maintain insurance customer database and renewal records accurately
- Generate insurance leads and achieve renewal targets
- Handle customer inquiries and provide proper insurance guidance
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth insurance operations
- Ensure timely policy renewals and high customer satisfaction
- Good communication and customer handling skills required
- Basic computer knowledge and insurance experience preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour
