Utilities One Group is a US-based company supporting the telecom, power, water, renewable energy, and data center sectors through high-quality services and specialized consulting.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant experienced in Accounts Receivable to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling payables and receivables, processing payroll, and supporting financial reporting and budgeting activities.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 5:30 PM till 1:30 AM IST

Location: EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana – 122011.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Process the payroll through the designated platform.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
Process invoices, payments, and track expenses efficiently.
Prepare and process payroll, including all related financial calculations (ADP experience preferred).
Monitor and maintain internal tracking of expenses, budgets, and project-related costs.
Generate basic financial reports and assist in budgeting processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data.
Assist with additional reporting, financial analysis, and other accounting-related tasks as required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Prior experience in accounting, financial management, or similar roles (required).
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required. Other payroll systems knowledge is an advantage.
Experience processing the Payroll for the U.S. market.
Advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience with accounting CRM systems is an advantage.
Excellent organizational, multitasking abilities, high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced written and verbal English communication is required.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
