Lead Management & Conversion
- Counselling Prospective Students: Guiding students (and parents) who inquire through walk-ins, phone calls, social media, or website leads.
- Course Matching: Understanding the candidate's educational background and career goals to recommend the ideal program (e.g., matching a graduate to a globally recognized FIATA Logistics course or a university B.Voc program).
- Robust Follow-ups: Managing a pipeline of hot, warm, and cold leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure maximum conversion.
2. Admissions & Revenue Generation
- Meeting Targets: Achieving monthly, weekly, and seasonal student enrollment and revenue targets set by management.
- Onboarding Coordination: Completing documentation, explaining fee structures, handling registration processes, and handing over the enrolled student smoothly to the academic/batch operations team.
3. CRM & Reporting
- Maintaining clear, real-time logs of student interactions, lead status, and call records inside the academy’s CRM software.
- Providing regular performance updates and lead-quality reports to senior reporting managers.
Core Skills Required
- Excellent Communication: Must be highly proficient and persuasive in both English and the local regional language
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong objection-handling abilities—knowing how to explain the "return on investment" of job-oriented training versus traditional generic degrees.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using MS Office (Excel, Word) and daily operation of standard CRM dashboards.
- Under Pressure Performance: Ability to handle monthly target pressure, high call volumes, and multitasking calmly.
