Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Structural Design Trainer with 2–5 years of industry experience to deliver high-quality training in structural engineering software and concepts. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical project experience, and excellent communication skills to effectively train students and professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on structural design concepts, analysis, and engineering software.
Provide practical, project-based training using real-world industry examples.
Explain structural analysis, design principles, and industry standards clearly.
Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and project exercises.
Assess learners' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software tools, and design practices.
Guide students in completing practical projects and resolving technical challenges.
Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in structural design, analysis, or training.
Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and design methodologies.
Hands-on experience with relevant structural design software such as:
STAAD.Pro
ETABS
SAP2000
Tekla Structures (added advantage)
AutoCAD
Knowledge of relevant design codes and industry standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
