Key Responsibilities
- Vision Assessment: Conduct zero-error, comprehensive eye testing and vision assessments utilizing advanced equipment.
- Consultation & Sales: Recommend suitable lenses, frames, and contact lenses based on customer prescriptions, lifestyles, and aesthetic preferences.
- Customer Experience: Guide customers through the eyewear buying journey, answering queries about eye health, lens coatings, and vision solutions
- Data Management: Maintain accurate digital/physical records of patient eye test results, medical history, and prescribed treatments.
- Referrals: Identify vision abnormalities or complex cases and safely refer customers to ophthalmologists when necessary.
- Store Collaboration: Work alongside the retail team to meet store targets and maintain a neat, professional, and welcoming showroom environment.
Skills Required:
- Strong working knowledge of optics, refraction techniques, and contact lens fitting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and the local language.
- High patience level and ability to provide a premium customer experience.
Education: B.Sc. in Optometry or a recognized Diploma in Optometry.
Experience: 1 to 6 years of experience in optometry, optical dispensing, or related optical retail.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
