We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to cut clips and add music.
We are looking for a technically strong and creatively driven Video Editor who understands how to turn raw footage into engaging visual stories.
You should have strong knowledge of:
- Masking
- Creative titles and typography
- Smooth and impactful transitions
- Color correction and color grading
- Keyframe animation
- Speed ramping
- Motion and visual effects
- Sound design and music synchronization
- Creative compositions
- Visual storytelling
- Reel pacing, hooks and retention
- Creating effects manually instead of depending only on templates
Knowing the software is not enough.
We want someone who can look at ordinary footage and think:
“How can I make this visually interesting?”
Every video should have a creative feel — not just editing for the sake of editing.
Creativity Matters
You should understand storytelling and know how to play with:
Footage, music, sound effects, text, movement, transitions, pacing, colors and visual effects to make the viewer feel something.
We want editors who experiment, try new techniques and continuously improve their skills.
If you are willing to learn, perform and upgrade yourself every day, then we would love to see your work.
If you prefer repeating the same editing style in every video without experimenting, this role may not be the right fit.
Software
Final Cut Pro users will receive first preference.
Editors who are comfortable creating and editing reels on iPhone will also be given preference.
However, if you are highly skilled in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut or any other professional editing software, you are welcome to apply.
Your skills matter more than the software you use.
Work Culture
This is not a typical corporate 9-to-5 creative environment.
Our office is located at Sindhu Bhavan Road (SBR), Ahmedabad, with flexible working timings.
Creativity sometimes happens at unusual hours, and we are comfortable with that.
However, one thing is non-negotiable:
If you commit to a deadline, you must deliver.

Step 1: We will share a video editing task with you along with the footage/task link.
Step 2: You simply need to complete the task using your own creativity and editing style.
Step 3: Our team will analyse your:

- Ability to follow instructions
Step 4: Based on your task performance, shortlisted candidates will be invited for a meeting/interview.
This way, you also understand the type of work we expect, and we understand your actual editing ability before moving forward.
