Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Marketing Professional with expertise in , Marketing Analytics, Lead Generation, and Brand Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, generating qualified leads, analyzing campaign performance, conducting market research, and providing actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Industry And Market Research
· Conduct industry and market research, competitor analysis, industry analysis and benchmarking.
· Analyze customer demographics, behavior, and purchasing patterns.
· Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
· Support customer retention and experience improvement initiatives.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
· Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as Leads, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROI, Conversion Rate, and Revenue Contribution.
· Develop dashboards and prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
· Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
· Conduct A/B testing and performance optimization initiatives.
Campaign Management & Digital Marketing
· Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
· Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media activities.
· Monitor website performance, traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
· Support website content updates and landing page optimization.
Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Management
· Generate and nurture qualified leads through digital channels.
· Analyze lead quality, lead sources, customer acquisition channels, and conversion rates.
· Monitor and optimize the sales funnel from inquiry to conversion.
· Support lead management and revenue forecasting.
Social Media And Content Management
· Manage company social media platforms and content calendars.
· Create and coordinate marketing content, brochures, presentations, flyers, and promotional materials.
· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
· Monitor social media engagement and performance metrics.
Budget & Performance Optimization
· Monitor marketing budgets and expenditures.
· Analyze ROI and channel performance.
· Recommend budget allocation and campaign optimization strategies.
· Identify high-performing and underperforming marketing channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Design, and Management teams.
· Support strategic business initiatives through analytical and marketing insights.
· Assist in forecasting leads, campaign performance, and revenue growth.
