Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our Multi-Speciality Hospital in Kharghar, Sector 15. The candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, attending patient inquiries, managing appointments, and making/receiving calls professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors.
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Maintain patient records and registration details.
Handle billing and basic administrative tasks.
Follow up with patients through phone calls.
Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff.
Ensure a professional and welcoming environment at the reception.
Requirements:
12th Pass/Graduate.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
