Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Hotel Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, manage inventory, ensure timely procurement of supplies, and maintain quality, hygiene, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage complete kitchen inventory, including vegetables, groceries, food items, beverages, and all kitchen supplies.
· Monitor daily stock levels, maintain inventory records, and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
· Handle kitchen purchase requirements, vendor coordination, and order placement.
· Verify the quality and quantity of supplies received and maintain proper stock control.
· Supervise smooth kitchen operations and ensure timely preparation and delivery of guest orders.
· Minimize wastage and maintain efficient utilization of food and kitchen supplies.
· Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are followed in the kitchen and storage areas.
· Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and management for seamless daily operations.
· Prepare inventory reports and support cost control initiatives.
Requirements
· 8–18 years of experience in kitchen operations, food inventory management, or hotel supervision.
· Strong knowledge of kitchen stock management, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
· Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to maintain records, manage teams, and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Preferred Candidate: A proactive hospitality professional with strong inventory management skills and a commitment to maintaining quality, efficiency, and service standards.
Pay: ₹18,358.57 - ₹23,575.19 per month
