Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to generate business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, sales presentations, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present company products/services to potential customers.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an updated CRM database.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client support.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of sales/business development experience can apply.
- Experience in B2B, B2C, Recruitment, EdTech, IT, or Service Industry is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
