REQUIREMENTS
§ To perform critical piping stress analysis including all varieties of equipment connected and subjected to very high temperature and Pressure Piping (static and dynamic analysis) for various Onshore and Offshore projects, including FPSOs.
§ To have sound knowledge in different international standards and practices viz. ASME,API,NEMA,WRC, etc.
§ To provide turnaround support, plant trouble shooting, piping walk down audit including critical piping, expansion joints, spring supports, snubbers etc.
§ To perform Estimation and Planning for Piping Stress Analysis activities
To Coordinate with Client and other Departments.

GENERIC:
§ Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering or a related subject
§ Hands-on experience in Oil & Gas Field
§ Experience in a similar position with a consultant or EPC companies
§ Manage and mentor the designers in their allocated work.
MUST HAVE:
§ Should have hands - on experience in Piping stress activities in Oil & Gas and Chemical industries
§ Capable of modelling and doing stress analysis using CAESAR II software.
PREFERRED:
§ Experience in multiple software like SmartPlant Review, Navis Works, Auto Pipe,Rohr2
§ FPSO/ Offshore and Onshore piping stress analysis
§ Knowledge in Dynamic Analysis and/or FEA will be an added advantage
