Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Specialist – Team Leader with 2–4 years of experience, specializing in modern AI platforms, LLMs, and secure AI application development. The ideal candidate will lead AI initiatives, build intelligent solutions, and ensure data security and compliance while integrating AI into business systems.
Core Focus: AI Platform & Tools Expertise (Primary Requirement)
- Strong hands-on experience with leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and similar tools
- Solid understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and AI integrations
- Expertise in prompt engineering, context design, and workflow optimization
- Proven experience in customizing, fine-tuning, and deploying AI/LLM models
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, copilots, and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures
- Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI platforms
Data Security & Compliance (Mandatory Requirement)
- Strong understanding of data security principles in AI applications
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential data securely
- Knowledge of data encryption (at rest & in transit) and secure API integrations
- Familiarity with access control, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR concepts, enterprise security practices)
- Experience implementing secure AI pipelines and protecting data in LLM workflows
- Awareness of AI risks such as data leakage, prompt injection, and model misuse
- Ability to design secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and design secure AI-driven solutions
- Lead and mentor a team focused on AI and intelligent automation
- Develop and deploy AI/ML and LLM-based applications
- Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems securely
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and security
- Work with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX for integration and reporting
Required Technical Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Data Analytics
- Strong understanding of SQL and PL/SQL
- Basic knowledge of Oracle APEX (preferred)
- Experience in team leadership or mentoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
