We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Interior Works Supervisor to oversee the execution of residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, coordinating with vendors and labor teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling teams, and other contractors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Inspect workmanship and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the design and project management teams for smooth execution.
- Track material deliveries and ensure proper utilization at the site.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in interior project execution or site supervision.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Pay: ₹13,889.73 - ₹30,000.00 per month
