Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination
- Schedule interviews with candidates and clients efficiently
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring updates Ensure regular follow-up throughout the recruitment process
