Job Summary
Position Summary • Level 3 Voice & Collaboration Engineer with deep expertise in Enterprise IP Telephony, Microsoft Teams Telephony, Cisco Unified Communications, and AudioCodes SBC technologies. Candidate must be capable of independently troubleshooting P1/P2 incidents and resolving complex signaling, media, and PSTN-related issues while supporting critical voice environments includes junior team. Required Technical Skills Core IP Telephony Expertise • Strong understanding of below terminologies or protocols: o SIP call flows, ladder analysis o RTP / SRTP o SDP o TLS o UDP/TCP media flows o Codec negotiation o Dial Plans and Call Routing and Extension manipulations o Deep understanding of End-to-End PSTN (E1-PRI) call flows and SIP trunk connectivity Cisco Telephony • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Voice Gateways, CUBE, SRST, RTMT, workability’s of Device Pools, RP, TP, CSS, DNA Microsoft Teams Telephony • Microsoft Teams Phone System, Direct Routing (SBC, SBA, MediaPack) Operator Connect, Auto Attendants, Call Queues, Teams Certified IP Phones, Teams policies, Emergency calling, Teams Voice Analytics and Troubleshooting Call Recording & Compliance Voice Recording platforms, SIPREC concepts (SIP methodologies), Recording integrations with Cisco and AudioCodes Signaling Issues • SIP Registration failures, Call setup failures, One-way audio scenarios, Call transfer and forwarding issues, Number normalization problems, Dial plan issues Tools & Diagnostics Hands-on experience with: • Wireshark, SIP Ladder Traces, RTMT, Teams Admin Center, PowerShell for Teams, AudioCodes Syslog and Traces, Cisco CDR Analysis, Cisco DNA
