About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and solutions-driven software engineer to design, build, and deploy robust backend services and innovative AI-powered systems. In this role, you will work across modern backend architectures, cloud infrastructure, and emerging AI frameworks to solve complex, real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Backend & Languages: Strong familiarity with programming languages such as Node.js, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Frameworks & Architecture: Hands-on experience with backend frameworks and technologies such as Laravel, Serverless, and FastAPI.
- Database Management: Good understanding of databases, including MySQL and MongoDB.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Good knowledge of AWS and its core services, including Cognito, Lambda, S3, SES, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, and related tooling. Experience with Docker is a strong plus.
- AI & Emerging Technologies: Strong understanding of emerging AI trends and modern architectures, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), MCP (Model Context Protocol), and context-aware systems.
- Hands-on AI Implementation: Prior hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered solutions for production applications.
- Applied Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to solve unique, complex, and challenging real-world problems rather than relying solely on out-of-the-box solutions.
- Machine Learning: Prior Machine Learning (ML) experience is a strong plus.
- Engineering Mindset: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and engineering skills, with the agility to learn and adapt quickly to rapidly evolving tech stacks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
