Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented NATS Consultant to promote and drive awareness of the National Apprent organizationsing Scheme (NATS) among educational institutions, organizations, and prospective candidates. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and concept-selling skills to effectively explain the benefits and implementation process of NATS.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and explain the NATS program to colleges, universities, and organizations.
Generate leads and conduct meetings with potential stakeholders.
Present the benefits, features, and enrollment process of NATS.
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Required Skills:
Strong concept-selling and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
Good interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate or Postgraduate (mandatory).
Experience in NATS/NAPS programs is preferred.
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in concept selling, business development, counseling, or NATS consulting.
Must have a personal laptop.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Willingness to travel as required.
Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay updated with NATS guidelines, policies, and industry developments.
Pay: ₹11,533.82 - ₹40,912.32 per month
