- Operations Management: Supervise daily workflow, prescription dispensing, and store efficiency.
- Staff Supervision: Train, schedule, and evaluate pharmacy technicians and interns.
- Inventory Control: Monitor medicine stock levels, handle procurement, and safely dispose of expired items.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain logs for controlled substances and meet all government health guidelines.
- Patient Care: Counsel patients on proper drug use, side effects, and safe dosages.
