Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Education Counselors to guide prospective students regarding online degree and certification programs. This role involves counseling students, generating admissions through outbound calling, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to prospective students and working professionals.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
- Counsel students and help them choose suitable educational programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Update and maintain lead records in CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
- Build positive relationships with students through professional communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
- Age: 18–30 years
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or education counseling will have an added advantage.
