Location: Indore
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Store/Warehouse Management)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage warehouse operations and ensure smooth inventory handling. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse/store management and be capable of maintaining accurate stock records while coordinating material movement efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records of materials, tools, and equipment.
Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (POs) for quality and quantity.
Prepare Material Gate Passes for outward material movement.
Ensure proper storage, organization, and safety of warehouse inventory.
Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.
Prepare and share weekly and monthly inventory reports with management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics.
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/store operations.
Experience in handling electrical or solar materials will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
Experience with ERP or Tally software is preferred.
Honest, detail-oriented, and physically fit to work in a warehouse environment.
