We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business growth for our construction firm in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in apartment sales and be flexible with work timings.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets
· Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales
· Manage social media, property portals, and other lead generation platforms to drive sales
· Create and implement project-specific marketing plans to boost sales
· Organise project launches, exhibitions, and other marketing events to showcase projects and connect with potential customers
· Build and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales
· Provide daily sales and marketing updates to the management
Requirements:
· MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
· Valid two-wheeler and Four-wheeler licence
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Preferred candidates with experience in Trivandrum market
· Candidates with a strong network in the real estate industry
Salary: Best in the industry, commensurate with experience
Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (flexible for meetings and events)
