Job Summary
The PGT Commerce Teacher is responsible for teaching Commerce subjects to students of Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE/ISC/State Board curriculum. The teacher will deliver engaging lessons, prepare students for board examinations, and develop strong conceptual understanding in subjects such as Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, and Entrepreneurship (as applicable). Key Responsibilities
- Teach Commerce subjects (Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Entrepreneurship, etc.) to senior secondary students.
- Prepare annual lesson plans, unit plans, and daily teaching schedules.
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions using modern teaching methodologies and digital tools.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, projects, presentations, and examinations.
- Prepare students for board examinations through revision plans, mock tests, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and academic progress.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial coaching to improve student outcomes.
- Guide students in projects, commerce-related competitions, and career planning.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, school events, and extracurricular activities.

Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution (as per school/board norms).
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (preferred) in a CBSE/ISC/recognized school.
- Strong knowledge of senior secondary Commerce curriculum and board examination patterns. (Aees)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
