- Access & Gate Control: Manage the entry and exit gates for factory workers, administrative staff, and authorized visitors. Verify credentials and log all incoming delivery trucks (lumber, raw materials) and outgoing cargo shipments.
- Safety Compliance: Monitor incoming personnel to ensure compliance with factory safety protocols (e.g., verifying that visitors or contractors wear required Personal Protective Equipment like steel-toed boots or safety glasses before entering production floors).
- Shipping/Receiving Surveillance: Observe loading docks to prevent stock shrinkage or unauthorized removal of finished wood products, tools, or machinery.
- Active Facility Patrols: Conduct regular walkthroughs of active manufacturing areas, warehouses, and outdoor yard spaces to identify safety hazards, blocked emergency exits, or suspicious activity.
- Customer Service & Direction: Greet vendors, clients, and delivery drivers, directing them to the appropriate loading bays or administrative offices.
Requirements:

The Night Shift Security Guard secures the factory premises, raw lumber yards, and heavy machinery when production is shut down or running on skeleton crews, with a critical focus on fire prevention and theft deterrence.Key Responsibilities:
- Fire Watch & Prevention: Conduct rigorous and frequent patrols of wood storage areas, sawdust collection units, and manufacturing floors to detect early signs of fire, smoke, or equipment overheating (highly critical in a wooden product facility).
- Perimeter & Asset Protection: Ensure all perimeter fences, gates, warehouse doors, and loading bays are locked tight. Deter and detect trespassing, vandalism, or theft of high-value raw timber, tools, and finished goods.
- Emergency Response: Act as the first point of contact for nighttime emergencies (fires, break-ins, property damage). Alert local authorities (police, fire department) immediately and notify factory management.
- Facility Condition Checks: Inspect and report any failures in perimeter lighting, broken fences, or open windows that could leave the factory vulnerable. Keep a meticulous nightly log of all patrol rounds and findings.
