1. Prepare detailed quantity takeoff, BOQ,Cost estimation of building structure, finishing and interior works.
2. well Knowledge in Autocad, preparation of technical drawings, understanding of technical drawings
3. should know about building permit rules, building construction standerds, online permit filings.
