Job Tasks (Responsibilities)
Project Design & Delivery
- Take ownership of design projects from sales team handover to execution.
- Create customized mood boards, detailed design presentations, and material selections.
- Ensure timely KOC (Kick-off Call) to sign off within planned timelines.
Client Engagement
- Conduct a minimum of 3 site visits per project and submit site reports.
- Collect structured client feedback at major project milestones.
- Manage escalations proactively and maintain professional communication.
Project Documentation & Handover
- Maintain complete project files (KOC forms, design presentations, cutlists, handover forms).
- Share MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), site masking documents, and milestone updates in project groups.
- Ensure smooth handover to execution teams with proper documentation.
Design Quality & Brand Contribution
- Use Cohoom (or relevant design tools) for detailed drawings.
- Prepare cutlists within 48 hours of queries.
- Support content and marketing with design visuals, site videos, and photoshoots.
Business Contribution
- Influence revenue through upselling (curtains, wallpaper, appliances).
- Collect referrals from clients post-project.
- Contribute to portfolio projects, café designs, and R&D initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- J P Nagar 6th Phase, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
