Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead Generation & Sales:
- Make outbound calls to potential business customers to promote loan products.
- Educate prospects about loan eligibility, terms, and benefits.
- Identify qualified leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
✅ Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns regarding loan offerings.
- Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversions.
✅ Team Leadership & Training:
- Mentor and train junior telemarketing executives in sales techniques.
- Share best practices for handling objections and closing deals.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
✅ Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
