Supply Chain Analyst. Candidate must have the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or MBA in Supply Chain Management.
- 1–4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally working with global suppliers in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
- High proficiency in MS Excel; strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
- SAP ERP experience is mandatory (SAP HANA preferred).
- Familiarity with Power BI.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Proven capability to manage purchasing transactions, negotiate pricing, and exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across crossfunctional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate information effectively, with a strong understanding of logical connections between ideas.
- Problem Solving: Proficient in structured problem-solving methodologies such as PS&DMP and Lean Six Sigma.
- Composure Under Pressure: Capable of performing effectively in high-pressure, urgent, or stressful situations while maintaining sound judgment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules based on business requirements
- Ensure that established Fill Rate performance targets and inventory or service commitments are incorporated into the global Spares Plan.
- Monitor and report out Fill Rate performance v. Fill Rate Targets and Planned vs. Actual Inventory.
- Take action to address current and future issues impacting performance.
- Program Manage cross-functional actions that impact current and future Fill Rate performance.
- Excellent communication/presentation, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be self-driven, independent, yet a strong team player.
- Ability to recognize process gaps and drive improvements holistically across cross functional teams
- Single point of contact for regional counterparts on the Spares Demand Planning team.
- Manage communications and messaging between regions and product planning counterparts.
- Drive Spares Delivery Performance across all products for regions by reviewing stocking levels, replenishments, field demand behavior.
- Translate regional/customer requests into a problem statement for review with Spares team.
