The Guest Relations Team is responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and seamless experience for patients, visitors, and their families. The role focuses on patient satisfaction, coordination, and ensuring high-quality service standards at all touchpoints within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously.
- Handle registrations, appointments, and walk-in queries efficiently.
- Patient Experience:
- Ensure a comfortable and positive experience for all guests.
- Address patient concerns, complaints, and escalate when required.
- Coordination:
- Liaise with doctors, therapists, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
- Assist in scheduling consultations and follow-ups.
- Communication:
- Provide accurate information regarding services, treatments, and hospital policies.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with patients and families.
- Support Services:
- Assist in admission and discharge processes.
- Guide patients regarding billing, documentation, and insurance processes.
- Feedback & Improvement:
- Collect patient feedback and report insights to management.
- Support initiatives to improve service quality and patient satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- 10th / 12th / Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or healthcare services preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also be considered.

- Knowledge of patient care protocols
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
