- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amdocs CRM, Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
