Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Location: Bengaluru -Banerghatta Road

We are looking for an Admission Counsellor with 4-8 years of experience in school admissions, parent engagement, and enrolment management. Prior experience in Admission Counsellor in schools are mandatory .
The role involves managing admission enquiries, conducting campus tours, driving follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless admissions experience from enquiry to enrolment.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Manage and respond to admission enquiries across calls, walk-ins, emails, and digital channels
- Counsel parents on the school’s curriculum, academic offerings, and overall learning environment
- Drive follow-ups and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
- Maintain accurate admission data, reports, and enquiry pipeline tracking
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admission formalities
- Support open houses, outreach initiatives, and parent engagement activities
Key requirements:
4-8 years of relevant experience in school admissions, counselling, or parent relations
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and conversion skills
- Parent-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a target-driven environment
