Job Description
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer with a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or ECE to support our sales team with technical solutions, product information, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable technical solutions.
- Study product specifications, features, applications, and configurations.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Prepare product comparisons and comparative statements.
- Assist the sales team with technical product information and solution details.
- Prepare technical proposals, product details, and pre-sales documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams regarding customer requirements.
- Explain product specifications and features to customers.
- Develop strong knowledge of company products and their technical specifications.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication (ECE).
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good theoretical knowledge of Electrical and Electronics.
- Ability to understand technical specifications.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ability to prepare comparative statements and technical documents.
- Presentable, confident, and a quick learner.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Technical understanding of electrical/electronic products.
- Good customer-handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to work closely with sales and technical teams.
- Willingness to learn new products and technologies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
