Chartered Accountant — Finance & Compliance
About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to own the finance, accounting, and statutory compliance function end-to-end. This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently finalise books of accounts, drive statutory and internal audits to closure, manage GST and TDS compliance, and lead the finance-module rollout of the company’s ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently finalise books of accounts and prepare financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
- Coordinate and support statutory, internal, and tax audits — preparing schedules, resolving queries, and driving audits to timely closure.
- Own end-to-end GST compliance: return filing, reconciliation, input credit management, and notice handling.
- Manage TDS compliance: deduction, deposit, return filing, and reconciliation.
- Lead the implementation and stabilisation of the ERP finance module — mapping processes, validating configurations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting post go-live.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure all statutory and regulatory filings are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, and compliance.
- Proven ability to independently finalise books and manage the full audit cycle.
- Strong, practical working knowledge of GST and TDS filing and reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience implementing or working within an ERP finance module (implementation experience strongly preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to work independently.
Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
