About the role
We are expanding our engineering team and need enthusiastic Python developers who are either recent graduates or have up to 0 or 0.6 year of professional experience. You will work on real‑world features for our web and data platforms, receive mentorship from senior engineers, and grow your skills in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
Walk-IN:
- Monday - Friday 12:30 PM to 4 PM
- Location, Ganesh Glory 11, IT Park, Jagatpur - Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Key responsibilities
- Feature development Implement new functionality and bug fixes in Python (3.10+).
- Code quality Write unit tests, follow style guides (PEP 8), and participate in code reviews.
- Learning & growth Pair‑program with senior teammates, attend tech talks, and complete internal training modules.
- Collaboration Work with product, design, and QA to deliver user‑focused solutions.
- Documentation Maintain clear documentation for APIs and internal libraries.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Diploma in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field or a strong self‑taught portfolio.
- Internship experience using Python.
- Basic familiarity with at least one web framework (e.g., Fast-API, Flask, Django).
- Understanding of version control (Git) and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests).
- Ability to write clear, readable code and a willingness to learn best practices.
Preferred (nice‑to‑have) ResponsibilityDetails
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or ORMs.
- Exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud basics (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of front‑end basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for full‑stack cooperation.
- Contributions to open‑source projects or personal GitHub repositories.
Required qualifications
- Python development Expertise.
- Deep expertise in asyncio, multiprocessing, and Cython/Numba for performance‑critical code.
- Strong knowledge of web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask) and REST/GraphQL API & Webhook design
- Proven experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, ORMs, and data pipelines (Airflow, Prefect).
- Mastery of testing frameworks (pytest, hypothesis) and CI tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into clean code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Interview
