Job Summary
Jaywant Group is seeking an experienced Accounts and Finance Head to lead our financial operations, tax compliance, and cash flow management across our real estate, commercial, and industrial portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate accounting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and fund allocation for multiple projects.
- Ensure 100% compliance with RERA, GST, Income Tax (TDS/TCS), and statutory audits.
- Handle relationship banking, working capital, project finance, and loan processing.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly financial statements, P&L profiles, and MIS reports to the Management.
- Supervise the internal accounts team and streamline daily accounting and vendor payment cycles.
Requirements
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) OR MBA in Finance / M.Com.
- Experience: 10–15 years of experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role within the Real Estate/Construction industry (Mandatory).
- Skills: Expertise in Tally Prime, ERP systems, Advanced Excel, and real estate taxation rules.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
