Full job description
Job Title: School Nurse
- Providing First Aid and Medical Care: Administering basic first aid and emergency medical care to students and staff, including assessing injuries and illnesses, providing appropriate care, and coordinating emergency responses.
- Managing Medications:Administering prescribed medications to students according to school policy and procedures, and maintaining accurate records of medication administration.
- Conducting Health Screenings:Performing health screenings, such as vision, hearing, and scoliosis screenings, and other assessments to identify potential health issues.
- Maintaining Student Health Records: Managing and maintaining accurate student health records, including immunization records and other relevant health information
