About the Role
Are you a student or recent graduate looking to break into the world of digital media and video production? We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Video Editor Intern to join our creative team.
This isn't just a coffee-running internship. You will get hands-on experience in shaping our brand's visual identity, learning directly from seasoned pros. From assembling raw footage to assisting on live shoots, you’ll build a powerhouse portfolio while gaining real-world industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing Support: Assist in editing and assembling raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for social media and promotional campaigns.
- On-Set Production Assistance: Help the team with live filming, setting up camera shots, and managing basic audio/lighting equipment.
- Visual Polish: Learn and assist with basic color correction, grading, and asset preparation using the Adobe Suite.
- Media Organization: Keep project files organized, archive footage, and manage assets for smooth team collaboration.
- Brainstorming: Participate in creative meetings to pitch fresh concepts and trend ideas for content.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Education/Experience: Open to current students (Film, Media, Communications, or related fields) or recent graduates with 0–6 months of experience.
- Software Familiarity: Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Passion for Content: A strong interest in social media video trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube) and visual storytelling.
- Portfolio/Showreel: A link to a portfolio, school projects, or a sample reel showing your editing style is required.
- Attitude: A proactive learner with great attention to detail who isn't afraid to ask questions.
Bonus Points If You Know:
- Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Basic camera operations (DSLR/Mirrorless).
