What You Will Own
In this role, you will work closely with the Senior HRBP leaders to implement people strategies, learning and development programs, and employee engagement initiatives across tech teams. You will act as a key partner to Tech managers and employees, supporting talent development, employee lifecycle management, and capability-building initiatives while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Where Your Expertise Meets Our Future
- Experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development, preferably supporting Tech/Product teams.
- Exposure to working with engineering and product teams, with a basic understanding of the tech/product development lifecycle.
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes including performance management, employee engagement, and development initiatives.
- Exposure to learning and development program coordination and capability building initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with managers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to analyze HR data and derive insights to support people’s initiatives.
The Scope of Your Influence
- Implement people initiatives and HR strategies for Engineering/Product teams.
- Partner with managers to support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Support managers in implementing performance management processes including goal setting, feedback cycles, and performance improvement discussions.
- Maintain HR dashboards and analyse people data to provide insights on metrics such as attrition, engagement, and training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR operations to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and policies for Tech teams.
- Assist in change management and communication initiatives within teams when new programs or organizational changes are introduced.
- Build strong working relationships with managers and employees, acting as a point of contact for people-related support and queries.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on improving manager capability, team effectiveness, and overall employee experience within Engineering and Product functions.
