Position: Bakery Production Chef

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce a variety of French desserts, entremets, mousse cakes, tarts, pastries, and bakery products.
- Execute recipes with precision and maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Handle all stages of dessert production, including sponge preparation, mousse making, glazing, layering, and finishing.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved within timelines.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory and communicate raw material requirements to the management.
- Minimize wastage and ensure optimal utilization of ingredients.
- Assist in developing new dessert concepts and seasonal menu items.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery and kitchen teams to maintain smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef, or Production Chef.
- Strong knowledge of French pastries and entremets.
- Diploma or Certification in Bakery & Pastry Arts.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient functionality, and dessert finishing.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
