About the Role
We're looking for a BDR who can independently source, qualify, and convert enterprise leads into pipeline — and in select cases, own the deal end-to-end. This is a hunter role for someone who understands AI/data consulting sales cycles and can speak credibly to enterprise buyers about GenAI, analytics, and data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities

Source and qualify leads across target verticals (Retail, CPG, BFSI, Automotive, Real Estate) via outbound, LinkedIn, and market research

Set up qualified meetings with decision-makers (VP/Director/CXO level) at enterprise accounts

Run discovery calls to identify GenAI/analytics use cases and map them to InXiteOut's services (Customer Analytics, GenAI, Data Engineering, BI)

For select opportunities, lead the deal through to close — proposal, pricing conversation, and handoff to delivery

Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in CRM

Collaborate with delivery/solutions teams to build compelling account-specific narratives
What We're Looking For

4-6 years of B2B sales/BDR experience, ideally in AI, SaaS, analytics, or IT services

Willingness to work for international markets[EU, NA], target GCC/ Global CoE’s of large enterprises in India as well

Track record of self-sourcing leads (not just working inbound/marketing-qualified leads)

Comfortable with consultative, solution-selling motion — not transactional, have closed enterprise logos in the past

Experience with outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar) and CRM hygiene

Strong written and verbal communication; can hold a credible conversation with enterprise stakeholders

Bonus: prior exposure to GenAI, AI enabled IT Services, and data consulting sales
