Job Summary:
The Clinical Care Analyst – Patient Care Services is responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex clinical and operational data to support safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care. The role focuses on data-driven insights, clinical performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives within nursing and patient care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret clinical, nursing, and operational data to identify trends, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement in patient care delivery.
- Design, implement, and maintain computerized data collection systems to support clinical and operational reporting.
- Perform data trending, interpretation, and analysis of nursing and clinical processes.
- Develop actionable recommendations for process and structural changes to improve quality, safety, and efficiency of care.
- Prepare independent written reports and analytical summaries related to nursing performance, clinical outcomes, and practice issues.
- Provide technical support in the development, maintenance, and management of select clinical databases.
- Maintain and continuously improve Clinical and Patient Care Services scorecards, serving as the primary electronic tool for managing clinical and operational metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance by implementing appropriate database policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to support performance improvement initiatives.
Educational Qualifications (Minimum):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Diploma in Nursing (GNM)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Degree or Diploma in Operation Theatre and Anesthesia Technology
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer and data-handling skills
- Typing speed of 30–35 words per minute
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently analyze data and prepare reports
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Mandatory Requirements:
- Work from office is mandatory
- Candidate must be willing to relocate prior to the start date
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
