Creative Group LLP is a leading consultancy, engineering, and architectural firm known for its innovative and sustainable design solutions. We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting and hiring the best talent.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review resumes and screen candidates to match hiring requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, recruitment strategies, and industry best practices.
- Implement innovative and effective hiring practices to attract top talent.
- Develop and manage strong talent pipelines.
- Draft, update, and manage job descriptions ensuring accuracy and market relevance.
- Organize and coordinate campus hiring drives and recruitment events.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels – LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirect, Indeed, IIM Jobs, TimesJobs, Employee Referrals, etc.
- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
- Prior experience in consultancy, engineering, or architectural firms (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
