- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
- Estimate project costs, budgets, and material requirements.
- Analyze quotations and negotiate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor bids.
- Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within the approved budget.
- Verify contractor bills, subcontractor invoices, and payment certifications.
- Track material consumption and control project expenditures.
- Prepare cost reports, variation orders, and final account settlements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams.
- Review construction drawings and identify discrepancies affecting project costs.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and measurements.
- Maintain project documentation, cost records, and contract files.
- Support procurement activities by preparing material and subcontract packages.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering.
- Assist in project planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor project progress against budget and provide regular cost updates.
- Ensure timely completion of commercial and contractual activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
