Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor management.
- Maintain company records, documents, and filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Support HR activities including employee onboarding and attendance tracking.
- Monitor office expenses and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure a professional and productive work environment.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office correspondence.
- Assist management with special projects and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with project coordination and team management.
- Knowledge of HR and basic accounting processes.
- Familiarity with CRM and office management software.
