Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, empathetic, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the voice of Wanna Party, you will deal directly with busy parents, corporate event planners, and retail shoppers to help them turn their event visions into reality. You will handle end-to-end customer interaction—from answering inquiries about themed decor kits on WhatsApp to resolving e-commerce tracking issues and coordinating bulk orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Support: Respond to customer queries promptly across various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, website live chat, and WhatsApp Business.
- Order Coordination: Assist customers with order placements, process modifications, and handle bulk order inquiries or special requests for expedited shipping.
- Issue Resolution: Track, manage, and efficiently resolve customer complaints regarding delayed shipments, wrong/damaged items, or refund requests while maintaining a calm and polite demeanor.
- Product Consultation: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our 3,000+ products (balloons, theme party supplies, festive decor) to give creative suggestions and guide customers toward the perfect party solutions.
- Platform & Channel Monitoring: Coordinate with the backend operations and logistics teams to track order dispatch statuses from our website or whatsapp orders
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred (open to capable freshers with strong communication skills).
- Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce, retail customer service, or hospitality/event management support is a major advantage.
- Language Skills: High proficiency in verbal and written English and Hindi is required to interact with a diverse nationwide clientele.
- Problem-Solving: Sharp critical thinking skills to handle difficult situations or delivery issues with empathy and high responsiveness.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating basic CRM tools, order management portals, and communication dashboards.
