Interior Site Supervisor – Morya I Design LLP Company: Morya I Design LLP Location: Pune / PCMC, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–5 Years Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentive About Morya I Design Morya I Design LLP is an Interior Design & Modular Kitchen company based in Pune, specializing in premium residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes and customized furniture. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor who can independently manage site execution and coordinate with carpenters, contractors and clients. Job Responsibilities - Supervise day-to-day interior site execution. - Manage and coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other contractors. - Ensure execution is as per approved 2D drawings and 3D designs. - Check site measurements, levels, alignment and finishing quality. - Supervise Modular Kitchen, Wardrobe, TV Unit and other furniture installations. - Check plywood/HDHMR, laminate, hardware and other materials. - Coordinate material requirements and deliveries. - Identify site issues and report them to management immediately. - Minimize material wastage and rework. - Take daily site photographs/videos and submit progress updates. - Maintain daily work and labour progress reports. - Coordinate with clients during site visits. - Prepare and follow project execution timelines. - Ensure proper finishing and snag/punch-list completion before handover. Requirements - 2–5 years of experience in Interior Site Supervision / Interior Execution. - Practical experience in Modular Kitchen and residential interiors preferred. - Good knowledge of carpentry and furniture execution. - Knowledge of plywood, HDHMR, MDF, laminates and interior hardware. - Ability to understand 2D drawings and 3D designs. - Good measurement and site coordination skills. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Must be comfortable travelling to different sites across Pune/PCMC. - Smartphone and WhatsApp usage required. - Candidate should be responsible, punctual and capable of handling site independently. Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in Modular Kitchen + Complete Home Interior Execution will be given preference.
