Job Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
* Explain products/services and provide basic information.
* Handle customer queries professionally.
* Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
* Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
* Maintain weekly calling sheet.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.
Requirements
* Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Confident and polite telephone manner.
* Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
* Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
