About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to source and hire suitable candidates for multiple positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate documentation and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and organized approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred
- Experience in recruiting for IT, Digital Marketing, SEO, Sales, and other corporate roles will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment will be preferred.
